Is it sustainable in chlorine?

It probably isn't a wise thing to do even with 14 KT gold ring and a traditional diamond. Even in a swimming pool it wouldn't be a bad idea to remove the ring beforehand. Better safe than sorry so you can enjoy your ring without any possible damage.
