It's good but...
I haven't properly tested it out yet but I did try it the other day to see how it taste and I feel I had more energy than I normally do. Flavor good but it doesn't have its own scoop so the ratio was off because of how tarty it was. But other than that it's good product

This brand of pre and post workout drinks are top notch! Although the pre workout should be taken very early as it loaded up with caffeine, which has a half shelf life. Absolutely nothing in here that's bad, clean and healthy supplements
