Franke Eiger (SP3561) Replacement Valves Cartridge Spares Plus Allen Key - Pair

Easy to fit after watching short on-line video. Works great and no more dripping tap. Wearing rubber or latex gloves helps to grip the valve cover for removal so it doesn’t get damaged.

Easy to fit. The correct size Allen key was also included.

Firstly I must say these are very good value, and do operate well. However when compared to the originals in my 2012 Franke Eiger tap there are two dimensional differences - one of which gave me problems. The main issue is the brass shoulder diameter just past the splines is 10mm on these and 9mm on originals.This stopped the tap handles going far enough along the splines to give a flush fit. I drilled out my handle spline cavity to 10mm from 9mm for 3mm along and this solved it. The other issue is that the valve body is 17.5mm diameter and originals 18.5mm. Not a problem other than the water flow will be less through these smaller valves. However I would buy again given the value.

Did work perfectly, the traders shops universal ones did not work because this ones are designed to fit this brand handle . So far all good. Hopefully they would last as long as the original ones

These seem to be the 'standard' for Frankie. These arrived as described and on time and look to be a quality valve/gland. The supplied allen key is useful for removing the tap handles to gain access to the gland.

A slight leak from the spout. I’m not a plumber! Easy fit ( provided with Allen Key )…did both taps. So far so good…also replaced the ‘O’ ring kit in the ‘spout’ as it made sense to service both at the same time. Our Tap is now 5 years old and in frequent use…priced a new Franke Eiger Tap came in at over £350.00! so would recommend changing all internal bits if you have a dripping tap and all done within 30 mins! No plumber fees…

Replaced Franke Eiger cold tap valve quite easy to fit, at least it does not keep dripping any more.
