Great quality hat for the price! Got 2 - one for my husband, one for myself. We have different shapes and sizes of head but as well as the neck strap adjustment, there is an outer strap adjustment around the outer dome of the hat , and along with the mesh finish, it allows for great ventilation and comfort around the head. A fantastic wide brim allows full shade from the sun - all in all, a stylish, quality and highly functional comfortable sun hat!

I bought this rather than a hat from a well known brand as I keep losing them! Firstly, it is quite a good looking hat. The hat fits very well - the drawstring means that it will fit most heads. It's airy and the wide brim provides great sun shade. It's light and packs down really easily and well. When I first opened the bag it didn't half stink of plastic. After two days airing it out it was usable, and a week on the smell has nearly gone. The inner band doesn't always sit perfectly first time, but there is a knack you can learn. Overall this is a good, affordable hat that performs very nearly as well as technical brands four times the price.

I really love this hat! It is fantastic for the summer. Keeps the sun off you. Nice breathable design and materials. Can easily be folded and carried when it’s no longer needed and it also looks very nice, with a few colour choices.

Loving this hat! With its wide brim, it's the perfect protection for face and neck, and having the uv and sun factor is a real bonus. I've had skin cancer, so proper sun coverage is a real must for me. I like the under chin tie/toggle fastener so that when I'm bending down in the garden there's no risk of it falling off. Great fit (that can be adjusted) and great value too. So happy, I'm going to but another one in a different colour.

This hat is very different from the picture you see. However, it is still a very nice hat and does give some sun protection. I do like it hence I did not return it. Good value, but would suggest the seller presents a picture more in keeping with what the hat looks like.

This hat is great, I work outside In all weathers. It keeps my head, ears and face shaded in summer, while staying cool too. I’m able to wrap my long hair up and put in in the hat, keeping it out the way when working. In rain, the water does seep through the top and you get wet, however I can put a second waterproof hat or hard hat on top and it runs off effortlessly. Hard hats also fit on too quite easily, since I work with construction sometimes, it’s helpful. Very good buy.

This hat is much wider than I thought it would be. Having said that, the point is to protect my head, neck and face from the sun, and it does that adequately. Tipping my head backwards only an inch or two makes the brim of the hat touch the back of my neck. There is a drawstring to tighten the hat around the head, and this works very well indeed. The hat is lightweight and provides some ventilation to the head via small mesh panels. I removed one star due to the hat being folded in half when it's packaged and sent out. It is completely misshapen and I've yet been able to flatten it out. I find it frustrating. Despite this, it's a great quality hat which boasts a water-repelling feature too.

The hat seems lovely. I haven't used it yet, but I put it on and it feels comfortable and light. It looks well made and high quality. It has an adjustable drawstring so it fits my head perfectly. It also has nice air vents, so I am sure that this hat will be much better than the cap I usually wear. :D I live in Spain, so I am confident that it will protect my hair, scalp and face from the high UV rays. I go hiking in the mountains and I bought this hat for protection. I am happy that I bought this one!

This hat has an impressive brim that keeps the sun well and truly off your face and head. It isn't as breathable as I would like and is prone to getting drenched with sweat. I would call it water resistant, it doesn't do a great job at surviving a rain shower for longer than around 10-15mins, after which it will get soaked and begin to seep through onto your head and drip on your face. I really LOVE this hat for my walks outside on sunny days, its does what I need it to do - keep me cool in the hot sun! The adjustable straps are a great feature, being able to adjust to your sized head, preventing it from flying away on windy days. In conjunction with my poncho, they both keep me dry (except for the seat build up!) when its raining outside. I recommend it for gardening, working outside, and walking outdoors in sunny weather :-)
