What is happening to these cookies? Over the last 2 years they have been changing. They have gotten smaller, darker, almost too hard to eat.

Thank you for reaching out to us! We haven’t switched our ingredient line or our recipe for our crunchy cookies. Because we use only high-quality natural ingredients, there can be slight variances in the flavor or texture of our products. We do not use any artificial or natural flavors that would typically mask these variances. If you still have the cookie boxes, you can e-mail us at info@simplemills.com and we can use the lot code information to assist our operations team. Thank you, and have a simply healthy day!

Are these paleo friendly?

Depends on your definition. We can’t have dairy or grains, but can eat these. Not as tasty as mom’s “evil” desserts, but awesome for those with diet restrictions.

Where are the ingredients??????????????????

The ingredients are listed under the section titled, "Ingredients," just below the buying options. They are as follows: Nut Flour Blend (almonds, pecans, coconuts) Tapioca Starch Organic Coconut Sugar Organic Coconut Oil Arrowroot Vanilla Extract Baking Soda Sea Salt Cream of Tartar Rosemary Extract (for freshness)

Is this product keto frenuly ?

No, the simple mills cookies is Paleo Friendly, but no is keto because use coconut sugar. The flavor, the texture, is really amazing. So delicious. 100 % recommended
