I purchased this intercom system to make communication between different areas of our home easier and it has met my expectations. Setting it up was a simple task, all I needed to do was just plug both units into a power outlet and they were ready to use within a few minutes. I appreciate that it didn't require any complicated installation, Wi-Fi setup, or pairing process. The full duplex communication is one of my favorite features because it allows both people to speak naturally at the same time, just like a phone conversation. The sound quality is surprisingly clear with very little background noise, making conversations easy to understand even from different floors of the house. The advertised range has been more than enough for our needs. We use one unit upstairs and the other downstairs and the connection has remained strong and reliable with no noticeable delays or dropped audio. It has made it much easier to check in with family members without having to shout across the house or walk from room to room. Great item for that makes communication easy and efficient.

I bought these two intercoms for my two story house because I was constantly having to yell upstairs whenever it was time for lunch or when I needed my kids for something. They were very easy to set up, and the sound quality is surprisingly clear. Now I can just press a button and talk to them without shouting through the house. It has made everyday communication much easier and less stressful.

This intercom deserves to leave me a great comentario...me very much loved... I put one of my daughter in her room and one in mine so as not to be screaming at her... The installation was very easy, just plug it in and start using it. The sound is clear and the communication is real-time, so you can speak without interruptions. In addition, it is very well-reaching and has worked perfectly to keep us communicated without having to shout from one room to another. I recommend it for homes, offices or to care for elderly relatives.

This is exactly what I was looking for (works great), but, in order to talk, the other side needs to pick up. I was hoping for it to have the feature that you could talk and the other speaker would just hear it through the speaker (like ann announcement). Otherwise, it’s great.

Excellent price and quality; it comes with all its accessories and is very easy to connect and use. It really helps with communication since I don't have to use my hands to operate it, allowing me to continue with my activities.

This intercom system is a must have. I purchased to be able to have communication with my daughter when she is upstairs in her room. She can barely hear us up there so this helps a lot. Its functions are reliable, the range is suitable for me, it has a plug for power. Instructions were very clear and understandable. Great sound and very sturdy. This intercom definitely helps ease my worries while trying to communicate with my daughter.

These units are not Full Duplex, they are Half Duplex with VOX. Both users cannot talk at the same time, If you attempt to talk while the other party is already talking then you will not be heard. One of the units I was using was in a loud environment and it stayed keyed up all the time. The 2nd unit could never talk to the 1st. I did follow the directions in the instructions and put the 1st unit on channel 1 and the 2nd on channel 2, pressed the #1 button from unit 2, the user on unit 1 pressed the answer button, VOX worked fine, but VOX isn't what it say on the package, it says FULL DUPLEX. So both users cannot talk at the same time. Changed the channel to 3, 4, 5 and 6 on the 2nd unit while unit 1 stayed on channel 1 and the results were the same. We then reversed the order and on unit 1 we changed the channels from 2 to 6 while unit 2 stayed on channel 1 with no difference. If you purchase these units knowing that they are Half Duplex with VOX then they are very good. They work as advertised and sound clear. NOTE: I only had the units about 30 ft from each other for testing purposes, they were transmitting through 3 walls with electric and WIFI all around them. The issue is that it says on the box that they are Full Duplex and they are not. Because one of the locations is in a room with a loud TV and a window unit that is a bit noisy then the compressor is active it stays keyed up all the time and the 2nd unit can never talk to it. So they will not work for my intended purposes. I am returning them.

This unit is quick to setup, has decent range and simple to use. Speaker quality though is poor. While you hear someone talking, you will like always ask them to repeat what they said. Kind of defeats the purpose. Wouldn’t buy again. In fact, I am looking for a replacement.

I was excited to try this but was dismayed by its abysmal performance. Major Communication issue with this device/tech; either one sided voice or no voice on either side is what I experienced 90% of the times. I will have to box this and look for alternatives. A lot of money was lost as this was imported.

very easy to use and setup

This is an excellent product. It's easy to configure and compact making it a non-intrusive item for the study desk or kitchen bench etc.
