Organic Alfalfa seeds
These seeds are great for sprouting! They are very tasty, nutritious and sprout quickly in a few days. I rinse once a day until my mason jar is full then twice daily till green. Then I store them in the refrigerator.

Excellent germination rate!
This is the first time trying this brand of seeds. Excellent quality, with an outstanding germination rate. I didn't see ANY seeds left in the bottom of the jar that didn't sprout!

I always loved alfalfa sprouts on sandwiches as a kid, but it's gotten harder to find them at the store. I hadn't even considered buying the seeds and sprouting myself until I stumbled upon them while looking for catnip. You can get a ton of sprouts from this bag and it typically takes about a week for them to be edible. They tend to last a long time too when sprouted. I had a jar that lasted in the fridge for about 2.5 weeks before I tossed the leftover bits.
