I think this is a fun way to get some indoor exercise.

Wrong Ball Weight Names, It's More Than 1 lb.!
I have back issues so while this looked like fun, I needed a 1lb weight ball not a 2 - 3 lb. weight ball like every other I see. This claims to be 1lb. It's definitely heavier!!! My back hurts like it did with the other 2lb weighted ball from a different brand I tried. On a scale I was 129.6 lbs. without it and 132.4 holding the whole hula hoop. 2.8 lbs. more. Some of that weight was the hoop itself. It's roughly 1.5lbs at minimum not a 1lb ball. I am still giving it. a try. As my back muscles get stronger, I hope it is less of an issue. I just consider this false advertising.

Easy to adjust Great buy
This works just as explained. It’s easy to fit and adjust. I just wish there is and option to purchase a heavier weight if you wanted may smith .5 or 1lb additional would be nice But absolutely a great buy

Very sturdy
I was searching for the one I had before but it was not available. This was the closest after many tries. Durable but the wheels need to be a little more easier to move on the track. I’ll try WD40

Make sure to wear it tighter than expected around waist
Assembly easy and make sure it’s tight around waist and easy to accomplish just make sure to pull in the sides and twist to unlock

Good quality for price
Super easy to put together and use. It is sturdy, good quality for the price. I thought the weight gliding around would be soother. It moves fine but sounds very little rickety, like an old wooden roller coaster. But I'm pleased with it. First 5 minute use and I could feel every ab muscle.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!
HORRIBLE!!! THE BALL DOES NOT GO AROUND FREELY!! I WOULD HAVE SENT IT BACK BUT WASNT SURE HOW TO DO IT. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! THIS IS WORTHLESS!!! AND IT COST ME OVER $33.00!!! I'M ON A FIXED INCOME....I SHOULD KNOW BETTER!!!

Good work out
Provides a good workout. Has extra links if you need more room for your waist. Haven’t used it enough yet to notice any weight loss but hope to see a difference in time. Does take some getting used to to keep the weight spinning.
