CYGUSA SPST Normally Closed Push Button Switch - Short

Just what I was looking for.

It got here amazingly quick! Perfect size for what I needed it for, and "normally closed", meaning with the push button relaxed the circuit flows (power is applied), pushed in the power to the circuit is interrupted, "opening" the circuit (no power). Which is opposite of how you'd normally need a bush button to operate, I know - I need it to reset the DC power level meter on an electric golf cart after each charging session, to get an accurate reading. Just right!

Buttons have a nice feel to them. Actions are smooth. I'll be testing them to ensure they're NC, and not NO switches. Fast delivery was appreciated. Only dropped to 4-star rating because I specifically wanted/ordered switches with black buttons, but received green buttons. Going to look tacky for my application.

A quality button. Strong and has a metal case. My customer is an aggressive player and uses the button a lot.

As I was installing this switch, I heard a pop and the button and spring shot out across the table. I tried to reinstall it, but now the switch doesn’t work and I have to buy another one.
