Clean Eating Alice Everyday Fitness: Train smart, eat well and get the body you love

I’ve been a big follower of Alice for a long time and have all her books. I love how she’s down to earth and ‘normal’ - great to see someone with healthy and realistic goals. We need more people like her.

Nicely laid out material (eBook). Recipe's are easy to follow and the ingredients arent complex nor ridiculously random expensive ingredients, or relying on multiple suppliments. the work outs are sound and I found this book a great addition to my training.

Great book with some lovely recipes and good workouts. I love Alice's books and follow her on Instagram. Lovely lady and very inspirational!

I love this book it's ace. It has a few lovely recipes in but is more exercise which I love.
