I bought these folic acid pills because my doctor prescribed folic acid to help reduce the side effects of another medication I’m taking. Great value for your money. I definitely felt better with more energy after taking these. I don't really taste them but I do instantly swallow them with water because I don't want to taste them, lol. They work well. I like them and will purchase them again.

I wore acrylic nails for years. When I retired and permanently removed the acrylics, I barely had nails remaining underneath. It took a while, but I finally have nails again thanks to this Folic acid. Don’t give up. Keep taking the pills.
