Torch would not charge, returned for refund
Put on charge for 12 hours, torch did not work. Put it back on charge, had left switched on, so it lit up and worked. Turned off and unplugged, did not work, battery clearly not charging. Returned at advice of Amazon, cost £5.49 postage. Price of torch refunded after 30 days after Amazon intervention, but not postage. I am £5.49 out of pocket for a faulty item.

Bright and versatile
Great lamp and very bright. One charge lasts a long time. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a lamp for lofts and other uses. You can stand it, hang it and swivel the handle for different handling positions.

Led torch
Awful product was a gift for someone and doesnt work. When not plugged in seller told me to change batteries. In a product that has a built in battery. And recharges they dont evenknow what they are selling made them aware of everything very unhelpful do not waste your money

Delivered faulty
The item was supplied with a sealed lead acid battery, NOT the LiPo battery advertised. The battery was defective having no voltage. Torch would only work with charger connected so useless. Although a return was arranged I have to pay the return postage which feels like adding insult to injury. After the item was delivered back to the seller they did not make a refund until Amazon Customer Service contacted them about it after waiting 5 days. It then took another two days, then it was not a full refund until Customer Service instructed them to make a full refund. Not been messed about like this before. So all in all not a very positive buying experience.

Not supplied with advertised battery
Amazon description states that the torch is fitted with a 3.7V ~ 3000MAH rechargeable lithium ion battery but it is supplied with a sealed lead-acid battery. How long the power will last between charges remains to be seen and boxed instructions claim approx 1000 charging cycles.

Terrific buy!!!!
Far better than I expected. Fantastic product, great price. Excellent value for the money. The LED light is a tremendous improvement on standard one bulb lanterns. I love it.!!!
