Can this be used for outdoor under sun exposure?

I’ve been using it on a log splitter which is outside 24/7 no problems at all.

Is this safe for reef aquarium use?

Yes this is going to be your hose to connect your inlet and outlet to or between your pump, filter and tank. This tubing is 3/4" so make sure your fittings are the same or you will run into issues with either leaking or not fitting, do not forget to utilize the clamps as they are what will keep the hose from coming off under pressure. I utilized this in my 120 gal freshwater tank with a 1000 gph submersible pond pump and Ocean clear micron filter. This tubing for the price was very worth the purchase. Will this hose work for gasoline ?

Yes it will work for gasoline. I would make sure your pressure doesn't exceed what's allowed. I used this tubing for my filtration system on my aquarium and it worked great.

How heat resistant are these hoses? And hows it react to transmission fluid? Im thinking of using it for Transmission cooler lines.

Gets soft in hot water. I wouldn't use it for tyranny oil.
