They’re great

These are great for your exterior electrical connections. Length provides lots of wire to work with. Heavy duty cable and connectors are waterproof but not bulky. Multi-pack is a great value. Highly recommend.

I read some of the negative reviews, most seemed to be lacking in the understanding of a pliable material and why it's made that way. I had no issues with the 4pin version, it served as power in and power out for limit switch control. The 16awg wiring was appropriate for the amps and voltage required. All the needed information was provided by the vendor. The only concern I had was the line up marks are hard to read, (being marked in black). White dots would have been a big plus.

When the connectors first arrived the female connectors were slightly deformed and took some patience to get them opened back up and seated fully. Once they got connected they held their shape better and sealed as expected. When it comes to splicing in the connectors, the ends of the wires are tinned which is very convenient. However, if you are opting to butt connect these rather than solder there is very little wire exposed and connecting all four is a little tight.

Besides the wires not sticking out past the outer cover, I really like these. The plugs fit nice and tight. I don't see these wearing out any time soon. I used these for a camera and power lock harness in my tailgate. I need to be able to disconnect these to remove the gate. Would buy again if I need more.
