Review: Unit arrived very quickly and intact. This was purchased to upgrade a 50CFM bathroom fan. After going through the number of different units, I settled on this one. Replacement was easy-peasey (2 nuts, <10 mins to do) once the fan was down off the ceiling. The clearances were well within tolerance, so no problems there. As for functionality, the unit works quite well. I was not able to determine an overall difference in operational volume from old unit to new. They seemed to be about the same. There was a slight difference in steam removal, going from 50 to 70CFM which I thought was a little disappointing , but once the shower was turned off, the mirror DID clear quicker IMHO. All things considered, I think this was a worthwhile swap-out. I would recommend this unit. Review: Ordered 3, replaced all 3 in MINUTES!. Probably 20 minutes total for all 3! They do the job, they fit very well. I've had only 1 functioning fan of the the 4 in my house for over a decade! Never knew it was this easy to swap them out! Super happy with these. Time will tell if they last. But so far so good! Will probably buy a 4th and swap out the last one, just as preventative maintenance

I was skeptical for the price and not a name brand. However, It installed and works just perfectly. Even at 2.5 sones still much quieter than the old original. Would recommend.

It is too loud for my hearing but otherwise it was an easy install and functions well. It seems to pull the air better than my older motor. I'll have to find a quieter option but for those who don't mind a noisy fan its a good deal.
