My husband loves this phone

Oerfomes as expected

I purchased this phone paying full price (over $600 US) It's been riddled with issues and now it just intermittently has UI errors and shuts down. We use this phone to monitor my husband's glucose. The vendor refuses to send a replacement phone. They want us to send it back and WAIT for another phone or buy a replacement phone. Won't be using this vendor EVER.

Durable

This product came with great as expected, very rugged phone, works amaing, great camera resolution beautiful pictures and HD video, excellent sound during video and phone calls. If you're looking for a Satillite phone this is a great buy. Yes, I recommend it. Last point It comes with a rugged case no need to buy an additional case for the phone, you get a USB C cable.

After a good few months with this phone, I simply can't recommend it. As far as I can tell the satellite capability is entirely moot as Bullitt, the manufacturer Cat contracted to make these phones, is now defunct. No company, no satellites, no service. The phone itself is... Questionable as well. The CPU is overwhelmed by the simplest tasks, it can't reliably play audio through Bluetooth (dropping connection, spotty connection, and occasionally crashing the system UI when connecting in the first place). The camera is almost simply not great, and definitely a downgrade from the S62 in that regard. As I mentioned in my original review, it also has an obnoxious camera bump on a phone maybe twice the thickness of a regular phone. All that said, it's still just as durable as the S62 and has a good amount of storage space. It's just that everything else seems like a straight downgrade. Maybe I just got a lemon, but frankly if I could back I would have just gone with a Samsung in a solid case. At least people actually make cases for Samsung phones.

Have tried everything I can to extend battery life, and still get maximum 12 hours on it, for a device designed for taking remote places this is just totally unacceptable. This is the second S75 I have purchased, the first from another retailer I sent back assuming battery life was due to a faulty battery, couldn't believe it that the new one purchased was exactly the same. So disappointed, my Cat S41 that is maybe 5-6 years old and runs numerous applications still has better battery life than this. Had tried previously to get support from Cat phones and lodged numerous requests, never had 1 reply. Terrible product, terrible service. Will be sending back and not buying another Cat product again.
