Great watch for everyday wear. This is my second one , first one screen went, messaged them and they replaced it stright away ! Great service

Great watch. Had it for 23 months then it became non- operational. Contacted customer service and their response was immediate. Very helpful and customer focused. I received excellent service and my watch was replaced in less than a week.

Not worth the money, O2 level nearly always reads 99% which is higher than medical equipment reading, blood pressure is always virtually the same and ahain not in line with medical equipment. U fortunately due to being away I missed the return date, otherwise you would have had it back

My wife had an issue with the watch 6 months into warranty where it just went blank. I contacted the supplier and got an immediate reply from Mona. She asked me to send a copy of the Amazon invoice which I did and almost immediately she replied that a replacement was on its way. New watch received yesterday (9th June 2026) and working perfectly. Thank you so much Mona for such a wonderful service. It has been an absolute pleasure in dealing with you to resolve my issues. Stress free. Thank you once again. Brilliant.

Stylish and seems very well made. Comfortable to wear and easy to set up. Although there are numerous disclaimers I purchased the watch to monitor my health. The heart rate and blood oxygen monitor is accurate, but sadly the blood pressure reading is hopeless. Cross checking the results with a proper medical monitor it's reading a minimum of 30 digits higher, putting me in the dangerously high blood pressure. Worrying and annoying. Not as advertised and the problem needs addressing. Update: Repeated wildly inaccurate blood pressure readings, (146/85 instead of 111/75), no response from the manufacturer, the pulse reader regularly freezes and the swimming function doesn't work. I am returning the watch.

Bought this for my mum and she says it’s a great watch and tracks swimming, which is what she wanted it for. It broke but there’s a great 1 year warranty, so she contacted Amzhero and got really great service from Mona who replied immediately and sent out a replacement within about a day. Absolutely love this watch. Definite value for money. The quality of the watch is great. I will never be spending money on more expensive brands again. To start of with you need to install an app called Gloryfit. once you have that is it very easy to set up the watch. This watch does everything I need it to do. But be warned the blood pressure monitor is way out! Luckily I did not require this feature so will not be using it, but I do wonder why this feature has been added when it cannot be trusted. Love the amount of different watch faces. As a fan of accessorising I change it quite often. The battery life is really good too, but I do have the Notifications switched off as well as the Raise Hand To Activate Display You really won't regret buying this watch and I am recommending it to everyone
