I've had this laptop now for almost 2 years. I use it to power a 27" 144hz 4k monitor, a 27" 144hz 1440p monitor, and the laptop screen for remote work. It runs at least 9 hours a day 5 days a week. Never had an issue. Granted, it doesn't run as fast as my gaming PC...but for 1/6 the price, it works great for work. Hasn't slowed down at all. Don't really use it mobile that often but it'll give me 3 hours of running Quickbooks or Excel. Even had a buddy buy one for her work as well and it powers her Ultrawide no problem. The sound is very good. The Bang and Olufsen speakers are great. Webcam works well too. The fans are almost always on but that doesn't bother me as I tend to have some sort of music playing.

I’m actually writing this review on this laptop right now, which probably says a lot by itself. So far, it has been a very good shop computer for my laser and CNC work. I use it to run Aspire, LightBurn, Fusion, and whatever other software I need to get the job done, and it has handled everything well. It’s been fast, dependable, and a solid fit for the kind of work I do. The screen looks good, the system runs smooth, and it has been a great all-around machine. Nice to have a laptop that works like a tool instead of acting like another problem to troubleshoot. wifi works,better keep you power brick handy,it doesnt weigh much,it cools well doesnt run hot

Great laptop, however the battery life sucks in it.

I'm giving a 4 because of how the product is .the graphics are great it's fast speed .the plug in charger is questionable it gets very hot in the matter of minutes so not ideal for gaming. A battery charger that gets that hot can ruin the gaming computer .next this fan is horrendous it's very loud and comes on every hour on the hour for 20 mins you will need a lap top cooler .other then that no issues here not digging the mouse so prolly buy a separate one .Also be careful buying it's shipped 4 th party not a actual Dell store and when the person ships it's in a very thin box with no cushioning do to that it could break very easily if missused by the wrong drivers .it wouldn't be the sellers fault but it would be the delivery peoples fault so it would still need refunded since they don't use Amazon delivery if you get broken computer .the seller should be shipping through Amazon if they don't want to have problems with customer complaints that way it's handled with care . over all it's a great pc but it does have issues like all computers do just gotta adjust .thank you and have a great day

I bought mine in November of 2023, figured id wait a good bit of time before I write a review to make sure I am not passing judgement too quickly. I find its a pretty solid laptop performance wise, I use mine to mostly play steam games ( Indie titles mostly) and it does just that. Now I would not say this would be the end all be all for high end gaming by no means for super HD games but for what it does, it does really well. So far almost a year has gone by and Ive had no hardware issues with it so that is good. When I bought mine this was in the 500 dollar range or so, so for that price it was well worth it.

Laptop itself was initially decent. However, the Bluetooth card only worked (and only intermittently at that) for three days. It also overheats very easy (though I suspect this might just be an issue with my specific laptop). It also seems somewhat unstable and crashes. The screen is also very dim.

It works good to play games but it has to be plugged in to the battery all the time, otherwise it sits down. My son still plays on it but he has to be around electric outlet.

En mi opinión es una laptop de gama media con características gamer, creo que su relación calidad-precio es adecuada y estoy muy conforme con el producto. Si es tu primer laptop con características gamer es una buena opción, si bien se puede encontrar información sobre el desempeño superior de los procesadores de Intel en algunos rubros, AMD hace excelentemente bien el trabajo y por el precio vale mucho la pena.

Es muy buena para trabajar, y para jugar. Su rendimiendo es bueno cuando no esta conectada y es exelente cuando esta enchufada.

La laptop cumplió con lo esperado, quizá nos hizo falta espacio, pero excelente en todo, rapidez, buen funcionamiento, buenos gráficos. Muy buena relación costo-beneficio.

Todo me salió genial, solo una cosa, es que cuando me llegó a mi casa la caja de Amazon no tenía ninguna protección de nada nada, eso tiene riesgo a qué el producto pueda llegar dañado
