Q1: Why is the number of sheets that can be shredded lower than the maximum number of sheets described?

A1: Please check if the paper is damp, contains plastic is too thick, if so, please let the paper dry before shredding, or remove the plastic part, or reduce shredding sheets per pass.

Q2: Overheat shutdown time? Cool-down time?

A2:This product can run continuously for 5 minutes and then cool down for 30 minutes after use. Please let the shredder cool down for at least 30 minutes, otherwise it will not work properly or affect the product life.

Q3:How to prevent and fix paper jams from an overfilled wastebasket?

A3:When you see shredded materials fill the window, please emptythe wastebasket to prevent paper jams. * Never let the wastebasket become full, This will lead toshredded materials being pulled back up into the shredderand cause jams .

Q4:What problems will occur when the paper humidity is high?

A4:It is recommended not to shred paper in an environment with relatively high humidity. The paper will absorb moisture, increasing the load on the motor. High humidity paper is more likely to clump and cause paper jams.
