Excellent service
These earpads were not comfortable for my ears so i asked for a refund and they actually refunded the entire amout. These earpads were of very good quality but are not for my ears. But i will definitely try another soulwit product. They have excellent service and thank u for the refund.

Good but not great.
Definitely start up strong with good cool feeling but sadly the cooling effect doesn't last very long. May not be as soundproof as the originals.

Silicone Gel heats up within 15 minutes, useless.
Useless, but I guess the fault is mine. The silicone gel will obviously heat up after a while, making the thermals worse than before. It's like having a PC liquid cooling solution without the radiator and fans. Adding water droplets to the cups before use helps, but it just delays the inevitable.

It's get dirty very easily, and the cooling pad is nothing but a gimmick. I don't recommend it. Its not comfortable to wear
