Comfy shoe and worth it if you can get a pair for under £60 as they can't stand up to 13 miles a day for a year but the stealth boots do with ease, Polish them and they look like normal shoes ;-)

Good sturdy work shoes really comfortable

I for a long time had heard great things about magnum boots, so when I needed a smart pair of safety shoes I went down the magnum root. I've worn it for over a year now and found it too be a comfy shoe which suited me being on my feet all day, alternating between days of standing by a till and walking round a showroom, to doing deliverys up flights of stairs with heavy loads and walking on factory floors. My main problem lays with the rim of the shoe opening where I found either the stiching or glue to not be up to task so that the foam bust out, making it admittedly only a little uncomfortable at times, but mostly looking very unsightly. This occured only a couple of weeks of minor activity after first purchase. The thin lining inside the shoe has also worn and ripped leaving the leather on the inside exposed. This may of been a one off but I've never had these problems with any other shoe even very cheap ones. After all that I would have to still say they are comfy, just failed even light use for me for durability for me.

I often am to be found walking around cities wearing my work suit. In winter though, footwear that goes well with a suit isn't nescessarily good for ice and snow. That's why I've bought these, just in time. Magnum make great boots (I've worn mine through many a festival) and these shoes keep up their reputation. They look well with a suit, but are sturdy, lined for warmth, waterproof and have non slip soles. Great winter shoes. Don't get me wrong, they don't have as good a grip as walking boots with Vibram soles, but they don't work with suits :-) They're not perfect, if I could get them without the toe-cap, I would have preffered it as I don't need them, and it tends to rub on the top of your foot after a while. But all in all, I can't find any better, rugged, winter suit shoes.

I bought these for my teenage son to wear to school as he wrecks any shoes I buy him. They literally lasted 4 weeks before the soles came away from the front of the shoes. I tried glueing them but it didn't work. Really disappointing as I thought they would be really sturdy.

Edit: after only 6 months of quite light usage it seems the ortholite insoles are disintegrating. I have other shoes with ortholite insoles, and they are fine after more useage. Made worse is the fact they are glued in, so will not be easy to replace with an alternative. As for the rest of the shoe, the soles are still ok but showing sign of wear. The leather is still in very good condition. Initial impressions suggest this shoe will be a very good value at the offer price I paid of £37. Ideal if you need a smart shoe with non-slip SRC rated shoes but don't need protection from heavy toe caps. The leather is incredibly soft a supple from new, reducing wearing in time and improving initial comfort. The rubber soles provide good grip, and the Ortholite insoles provide suprisingly good cushioning for flat soles. Time will tell how hard wearing they will be.

Really comfortable shoes and will be excellent for parade and presentation work.

Very happy with them. As I have found with all magnum hi tec products there is a short break in period.

Intanto partiamo dalla misura: Porto 43.5 sul piede destro (solo il destro) ed a causa di ciò la maggior parte delle volte compro la 44 che per forza di cose risulta sempre un po troppo lunga; queste scarpe le ho prese 43 e vanno alla grande non sbattono e la pianta è bella larga, quindi vestono più grande. Comodità: Le uso tutti i giorni per lavoro al posto di quelle "Ufficiali" e non di discostano per nulla dall'aspetto, ma la qualità dei materiali e soprattutto la comodità è eccellente e totalmente un altro pianeta, puoi stare all'impiedi quanto ti pare con queste non ti stanchi, sono ammortizzate, leggere e non si scivola facilmente (questo ancora da testare), l'aderenza è ottima comunque. In definitiva, comodità quasi come una scarpa da tennis, nessun fastidio. Per il momento le ho da un paio di mesi e vanno alla grande, se si logoreranno con gli anni riprenderò le stesse.

Die Schuhe sehen gut aus, aber scheinen größer als auf der Verpackung angegeben: 48. Etwa 4 Zentimeter größer als meine eigene Schuhe: 48. Nur auf die Verpackung steht 48, nichts auf oder in der Schuhe. Wie ist das möglich?.

Chaussures très classe. Peuvent être portées en toutes circonstances. Ne ressemblent en rien à des chaussures de sécurité si on ne le dit pas. Toutefois, comme lu dansd certains commentaires (et je regrette de n'avoir pas suivi) elles chaussent un peu plus grand. Moi qui chausse du 42, une paire de 41 aurait largement fait l'affaire. A bon entendeur!
