Slight but not unpleasant taste
I was expecting this product to be a crystalline white tasteless powder like others I have used. It isn't - it looks a little like formula milk mix and has a slight but not unpleasant malt/coffee mate taste. Might be odd if mixed with fruit juice, but tastes great in a smoothie

Easily mixes with water and easy to drink
Easily mixes with water and easy to drink. I have had no issue at all taking it on empty stomach. As far as helping to build muscle goes its too early to say. Muscle building take a while !

Horrible taste and smell
I forced myself to use it twice a day for a week but I could not get used to the taste and smell. It is like pet food. Absolutely Revolting I threw it away

Its not L Glutamine. Which helps your gut. It contains Gluten. Which does my gut no favours. Product is like the dust you find at the bottom of a cereal pack.
