I’ve been keeping this in my bag for everyday use and it’s really lovely. The honeydew scent is fresh and sweet but not in a way that feels artificial or annoying. It’s infused with hyaluronic acid, and you can actually feel the hydration. It makes my lips feel soft and look a bit more plump because of the glossy finish. The tint is very sheer, so don't expect a lot of colour, but it’s perfect for those "no-makeup" days when you just want a bit of a glow. It’s a bit thicker than a standard balm, but it isn't sticky at all, which is the main thing I look for.

Wow! As a makeup enthusiast (seriously I have an unhealthy number of MAC lipsticks and Estée Lauder products) this lip balm blew me away. I’ve tried many different glosses and lip balms and have often felt disappointed. This lip balm is so glossy and thick but in a good way. It’s got the benefits of a balm but the finish of a high end gloss. It also doesn’t disappear within minutes, isn’t sticky and smells wonderful. I’m going to get them in all the different scents now. Bought when priced at £3.98. It's a small tube yes, somewhat conveniently so, but not a lot of product is needed for the desired effect and I've only needed to re-reapply slightly more frequently than I do my usual lip balm. The product is slightly sticky, as is the usual case with these sorts of things, but it's not as moisturising as I'd like - the product sits on your lips rather than sinking in. This product offers zero staying power when eating/drinking - but I wasn't expecting it to. There is very little tint once applied, but the product produces a nice juicy shine - I suspect it would be rather effective over a lip stain. The smell is pleasing - if you remember the grape smelling gel pens of the early Y2K years then prepare for a nostalgic blast from the past. Over all, I was looking to try something new and in purchasing this product I can't say that I've been left overly disappointed, just rather underwhelmed - resulting in three stars.

Honestly... I only purchased this to hit my same-day shipping total. I figured I'd use it eventually. So let me tell you how genuinely surprised I am that I like this lip balm as much as I do. And I'm not a lip balm person. Nor a fruity-cosmetics person. But this stuff is just... actually good. First of all, it's genuinely moisturizing. I have chronically dry, cracked, flaky lips that I'm always JUST keeping at bay. They have actually improved dramatically using this product. I never made a conscious effort to use it regularly - I just liked it enough to do so without realizing it. Then I woke up one day and noticed my lips weren't still garbage. It's the right amount weight - without feeling like you've globbed on petroleum jelly. It's the right amount of "sticky" to stay put - without feeling like you're peeling your lips apart to speak. I use it overnight, and when I wake up in the morning, I can still tell it's there - without feeling like there's something to wipe off my face. The aroma is actually pleasant - without demanding your attention every moment. It's definitely noticeable - but it's not as intense as products that I've tried in the past. It's not so strong that your mouth is watering at an overpowering sour/fruit smell. But it's actually nice enough that I find myself pursing my lips toward my nose to periodically get a sniff. 😂 I'm a regular e.l.f. customer. I appreciate the brand in general (good products, prices, ethics, PETA/Leaping Bunny certified, etc., etc.). But I figured... it's lip balm - it'll be fine but... whatever. And yet... I'm reaching for this every day. Multiple times a day. And not because of the rebound-dryness, lip-addiction that has been reported by other brands - just because it's enjoyable. Great product. Great price. Great company. Great surprise.
