Super duper sharp, very lovely, and to me good quality (I have some Cutco and some Chicago Cutlery; I’ve never had high end expensive chef level knives so my opinion might be that of a pleb but I think they’re great). Worth the price, but I’m not risking putting them in the dishwasher I’m just going to hand wash like the Cutco ones.
