I bought the Pagaria Grenade 5W Pocket FM Radio in September 2024, and overall I have really enjoyed using it. I mainly use it at night by converting my favourite shows like The Office US episodes and audiobooks like Harry Potter into MP3 format, putting them into folders, and playing them while I sleep. The folder selection, USB/TF card support, display, and sleep timer are very useful features for this kind of use. The sound quality is good for a small pocket speaker, and the product is very convenient. I also like that it has Bluetooth, Type-C charging, voice recording, and multiple playback options. For the price and size, it gives a lot of practical features. The only issue I faced is that after long-term use, the LCD backlight stopped working. The display itself/product functions are still useful, but without the backlight it becomes harder to see the screen at night. Still, I genuinely like this product and have used it a lot. It is a very handy device for music, radio, MP3 folders, and bedtime listening. I would recommend it, but I hope the company improves the LCD backlight durability in future versions.

Pros 1. Good built quality, feels premium 2. Good battery backup 3. Great FM reception quality 4. Good sound quality Cons ( Very important) 1. Battery charge very fast till 80%, after that it takes more than 1 hour to reach 100% with the charger provided. You can't charge with other charger because it advised in user manual to not use other charger as it may damage the product. 2. 90% of the menu and other function is controlled by 'M' button, you need to keep using it for every now and then. There is high chance this button would wear out very fast as it is made of rubber. After that, using this device would become impossible. 3. You can't play random songs within a folder. For example I have stored songs in my SD card folder wise, like old songs in one folder, new songs in other and so on. But when I try to play random songs within a folder it starts playing random songs from all the songs stored in memory card and not from the particular folder. It is quite annoying and thus useless feature in this device. 4. On off and volume rotary button is too light to use. Even a small touch moves the knob and changes the volume. So if you keep touching it, taking in and out from your pocket or bag, you need to keep adjusting the volume. As this knob is so light to move, I doubt it will last for long. Also the is no other way to switch it on. 5. Sound loudness drops significantly when you play it through bluetooth.

Solid! Sound perfect. Charge stay long. display makes easy to choose channels. Bluetooth connection works. Happy with the purchase. (Bit costlier, but product is granade!💪)

Amazing sound quality. Good range of amplification. The speakers are also housed very well. Clear sound throughout the audible bandwidth. Looks very beautiful & retro on the desk. And great value for the money. Given the size, the sound is also loud enough.

This product is especially for those who are really fond of listening to radio (FM) channels. You get the retro feel while using this radio. It catches the frequency flawlessly and saves them. Bluetooth works good. It does not have a stereo speaker. But sound is enough loud and clear.

Well, this is one blutooth speaker with FM which caught my eyes sometime back but I was not sure if I should buy it. I have also seen some really good reviews in Amazon as well couple of them in YouTube. So finally bought it 😊 Well now my genuine feedback. Packaging, feel, looks, sturdiness is top notch. Nothing to complaint about. Now coming to main point. The sound is the key for any music lover. Based on all reviews I have gone through, I had kind of a bit high expectations. However when I first switch on it, be it FM or while playing music over blutooth....I was really disappointed. The speaker is loud, vocal is clear but it absolutely missing the wow factor. What also killing it is the bass. There is nothing in name of Bass. I don't want to go to very high range speakers, but in same price range you have JBL Go 3. If you compare both in terms of sound quality, this one doesn't even come close to JBL. So if you are use to listen to JBL or equivalent...stay away from this. You will get really disappointed! You will feel your money is wasted. While accomodating too many things, it certainly missing the most important thing... which is the sound of a portable blutooth speaker. Bass lover again, a big NO!! Now coming to the FM quality and reception, for which the speaker actually is positioned. Reception is good but not exceptional either. You need to find a proper corner and position in your room. Note I stay in Bangalore urban, so reachability is not an issue but still had to struggle with exact position in the room to get the FM reception without distortion. Now who should buy it? Well, if you are a hard core fan of FM, or wanted to gift it to your mom or wife to play as a background music while they are in kitchen...then go ahead. Personally, when I will be cooking which I do at times, I would still prefer my GBL Go 3 with my choice of music. Please note, this speaker comes with a replacement, not return. So be sure before you decide. All the best!!

As I view it, it's primary strength is its large display relative to its compact size. Song selection is easier because of this. PC connection feature makes it easy to transfer songs to the SD Card (as well as delete and rename files therein). Comes with, particulary, loop and random functions while playing music from SD Card or external device like a pen drive. Has a voice recording and playback function. Has a nifty keys-lock feature to prevent accidental pressing of keys when the player is within your bag or pocket and is playing music/radio. The sound quality is pleasing and the volume is adequate for its size. It is easy to increase/decrease volume and to turn on or turn off the device. The green coloured cabinet/shell that I chose, is a delight to watch. To be able to use it as an external speaker for computers, especially laptops, is a noteworthy feature, and will be especially useful when away from home/office. The user manual and the packaging material used appropriately complement this adorable product. Above all, the build quality is good; no rough edges; it is cute-looking. FULL MARKS for the product.
