If you ate not eating enough green veggies, this product will assist your daily routine. No funny taste and easy to swallow and easy on the digestive system. I also like that one bottle comes with 90 capsules. Highly recommend.

These work!
I take four of them even though the directions call for one. I know they work because they give me very light gas, just like broccoli and cabbage does. So they have the ingredients in them they claim. Easy to swallow too. I keep buying it. I hate veggies! This makes me feel better about getting some in my diet.

Big fan of Dr Bergs’ products
It’s hard to tell it’s working or not since I have been taking many different kinds of Dr. Bergs supplements. But I have tried to stop eating after 6 p.m that makes a huge difference. I feel so much better and energized 🤗
