in description, it reads diameter 310 mm total; in the technical info below that it reads 37.2 x 33.8. Which is it? can anyone confirm the diameter

Just measured it and the rim diameter is 311mm, the interior of the bowl is 250mm at the top and it would require a hole diameter of 254mm to fit the bowl into ( to allow for the thickness of the steel).

Please confirm, outside diameter of whole unit is 310mm & inside diameter of sink is 260mm. Thanks
