This product works well!!
This product worked very well for my travel to Ireland. It held 2 Mounjaro cartridges without difficulty. The cold packs kept the unit cold for an extended period of time. It is insulated quite well and withstands packing in a packed suitcase without damage. Sturdy ane reliable. I would recommend this prodict for travel or anytime you need to ensure the medication stays cool.

Best biologic travel case I've used
I used this case for Humira (a biologic which requires a storage temperature of 36F-46F (2C-8C)) and found that it works as advertised. I've used several cases before, including modified lunch boxes, but this case is compact, well-built and reliable. It's a hard case so less worry while stuffing it in a carry-on bag. It is just slightly larger than a sunglasses case. I recently used the case to to transport 2 Humira pens for a 4 hour flight and it felt cool on arrival. If you keep Humira (or other biologics) in the plastic containers, this case will fit 2 pens and 4 pens without the plastic. Based on my experiences, I am sure this case will house insulin just fine. Overall, I am very happy with this case and would recommend it.

Tight fit for two Trulicity pre-measured injections
I got this for my Trulicity pre-measured injection needles (Type 2 diabetes). It wouldn't close but was fine after I took out the removable nylon "pocket" that holds various supplies since I don't need that. (Before and after pics). I was looking for something that had a hard case, freezer packs that were relatively significant for travel and holds two needles. I noticed some were soft and flimsy. I think the hard shell is a better insulator. I am going to use this for traveling overseas and need my meds to be kept cold for at least 10 hours. I doubt this will last that long but it looked better than the other cases. Some are only thick fabric with a foil lining. I think this will work out fine. I only gave it a 4 b/c I don't know about the 10 hour time. I'll try it at home and resubmit my review after. It does not stay cold for 10 hours, more like 7-8 hours. So I stick to my 4 star rating. I don't think any other cases last longer. I also tried using some small icepacks that I have. They would not fit after they were frozen. I also could not fit any more of the freezer packs that came with the case.

Stays cold through moderate summer heat.
I got bought this to be able to take my insulin to an upcoming wedding this month. I was able to do a test run on it for a Labor Day cookout. We were there for approximately 5 hours and when I got back home, I opened it back up and the ice packs were still frozen solid. I was kind of shocked after reading a lot of the reviews that said that the ice packs thawed too quickly. Huh? They were frozen like I had just taken them out of the freezer. So, in my experience, I kept the cooler in my purse pretty much the entire time except when I needed it. I was sitting in a shaded area and not in direct sunlight (my purse was black too), but it was about 85°, no humidity and I kept the ice packs in the plastic bags they came in. My only concern was that there was condensation on the outside of case, not much, just a little, so it is not insulated. That was the other thing that kind of shocked me since it stayed frozen the entire time. Also, I rode my scooter in direct sunlight, black purse exposed, pacing next to my husband which was about a 30 minute walk/ride. I recommend it, but I would suggest that you keep it in some kind of bag or purse if you are taking it somewhere in the summer months for extended periods of time. I am confident that I won't have any issues with it for at least 8 hours up to 12 if needed during the summer. It gives me piece of mind that my insulin will not go bad as long as I am not careless and expose it to direct sunlight. After all, it isn't insulated like a beer cooler, it has a reflective interior and the outer shell is hard and durable. I got the purple case and the color is a little darker than the picture which I hoped it would be. I am very happy with it and I wouldn't recommend putting your glucometer in the case due to the condensation build up. I carried that separately.

I recommend this product
This is just what I was looking for. It holds a Mounjaro pen, probably not 2 with both ice packs in it, but as said on earlier reviews it can be stored without refrigeration for up to 21 days. My main purpose for buying this was to keep the injection insulated to prevent breakage. Keeping it cold is a bonus. Plenty of room for insulin and needles if that’s what you would use it for. It’s a little heavy and bulky, so best for a large bag, backpack or carryon. I wouldn’t carry it in a small to medium purse, it takes up too much room due to the insulation provided.

Note Really Friendly For Type1 Diabetics Kit
Frankly speaking, this bag is not designed so well for having pen needles, alcohol wipes and insulin pens. I am not quite familiar with Type 2 Diabetics kit, but this product is clearly not Type-1 Friendly. We can't fit everything in there without taking one of the cooling bags out. Unfortunately, with only one cooling bag, it doesn't do an effective job on keeping the insulin cold. The outside of this bag is durable, kinda like an eyeglasses case. We keep this product as a back-up bag now, just in case our bigger bag breaks. I would try to eyeball the arrangement for your own diabetics kit in there prior to purchasing it.

Don't leave home without this
Perfect for travel lots of space for your Insulin pens (4) along with needles and Alcohol Wipes. Will keep meds cool during long flights by using the freezer gels. This is well made with a good quality zipper and a washable fabric using a damp cloth. Very happy with this product.

SHBC insulin cooler pouch for traveling
This is a great product for anyone needing to keep their insulin or like myself their RA medication cool while traveling long distances. This pouch was large enough for me to enclose 4 epi pens plus my husband eye medication for our trip to Mexico. Unfortunately I forgot the two enclosed ice packs in the freezer were we a stayed. I am now on a search to find replacement ice packs. If anyone knows where I am able to get them please let me know Thanks
