If the shoe has deep tread then no. If fairly flat or low tread or no grooves then yes

Will these stick well to foam soles, like flip flops?

It can't stick to anything .I have tried them on different shoes -heals to flat's - to-day as a matter of fact- I came home with missing sole" and the other half on .My use of them was doting a 15 min walk
