The star rating is for the fact the bucket and the wringer on it are made of very cheap plastic which has no strength and cracks easily. I had mine less than a week using every day and the attachment for wringing out mop snapped you cannot use it for what it was meant for. Not worth the money.

The product is good overall, it’s lightweight, and the motion is really smooth, with good quality. However, the squeezer part—where you press the cloth—is really poor. It’s just placed on the edge, so when you apply pressure to squeeze, it breaks immediately. Mine snapped after just two squeezes the first time I used it. So, it’s affordable, but then you have to buy one every day, and that’s no longer convenient. They should really improve the design of the squeezer part.”

Great item just right size

Looks bigger in the picture. I squeezed the mop and the top nearly broke and it came off with the mop.

What a disappointment. On first use the flimsy plastic wringer split along the edge after pressing down with mop. Hardly any pressure used. The plastic is so thin it cannot take the pressure of wringing out the mop which is the whole idea of buying the product to get the water out of the mop! Bucket is great, good thick plastic, a shame they didn't use the same for the wringer. Hence 2 stars. A great shame.
