There isn't a flavor but it's a gritty, crumbly substance.

my cats fur is knotted up and dry in places. Also he scratches a lot. Is there anything you would recommend?

I bath my cats once a month and brush them regularly. Knots in fur can be an issue if left untreated. They can cause a variety of skin/health issues. I'd start by taking the cat to the groomers for an deep clean n deknotting session. If the skin is still an issue then I see a vet.

What kind of potato product is this? Mine can't have white potato's. Need to know please..
