They are beautiful flakes. This was definitely what I was looking for! There isn’t a taste to the gold flakes. There are way more gold flakes in the little bottle than it appears because they’re stuck together and you have to peel them apart. It sticks to the frosting easily. The bottle is small, but there are a ton in there.

These flakes were a little hard to get out of the container. Definitely need Tweezers. But they came out flaky. Some bigger than others, but easy to tear apart with the Tweezers. Stuck to the icing pretty easily. It's a pretty gold and looked like picture.

Used this for my niece’s Merida cake. I wish the container had a wider mouth as I was worried I was ripping the bigger pieces apart. I was able to use (clean/new) tweezers to pull out clumps and then separate individual pieces out, place them on the cake and then used the fat end of a chopstick to flatten. This doesn’t have much of a taste, which was perfectly fine for me. I think the texture was perfect and like that it came in a variety of sizes. I think the quality is good and look forward to using this on another cake at some point. I think the price is very reasonable as you get two bottles that are absolutely jampacked.

Really happy with this product. I looked everywhere locally to try to find gold flakes, but there were none to be found. These are super shiny and pretty and edible. They really don’t have too much of the taste so they did not interfere with the flavor of the cake that I baked. Which was chocolate with a chocolate ganache. So the frosting was a little bit shiny and dripped down the sides and I decorated it with some of the gold flakes and it looked elegant and simple. I would definitely order this product again.

Ive been using these gold flakes to decorate the foods for my guests. It adds a nice touch to the foods. The only complaint is that the opening of the bottle is not very big so difficult to put the unused flakes back into the bottle. Each flake can be a bit big

These were terrific for my cupcakes. Highly recommend. Way more product in these bottles than it looks like.

The size is convenient and easy to manage. Unfortunately, it was a hassle to extract the gold pieces from the container despite attempts to use various items (toothpicks) to empty it. It is aesthetically pleasing, which added an extra flair to my treats. However, it does not have any flavor. I would say the quality is satisfactory for its intended purpose.
