Thank you! Great question! No, this is not a tarnish remover. Our pink jewelry cleaner works wonders in returning shine to jewelry, gemstones (even pearls), watches and more. However, for tarnish removal and tarnish prevention, we recommend both of our Caribbean Gem Polishing Cream (2oz) and our Caribbean Gem Scratch and Tarnish Remover Cloths (comes in a 5 pack). You can use both products together (for best results) or individually as needed. (They work especially well together in removing both tarnish and light scratches). do you have to keep this product in the ice box?

No icebox. However be very careful in inspecting flimsy plastic bottle it is shipped in. The container I received was bent in the bottom, and it never occurred to me that to would Spring a leak....well...it did! What a mess in my vanity cabinet. Not to mention that the entire "purchase" was completely gone. So...be VERY CAREFUL IN INSPECTING THE THIN PLASTIC BOTTLE IT IS SHIPPED IN!!!! Product is fair. I have used better.
