I don't think so, it may fit length wise, but it won't cover the front wheels.

what size for a 2009 Kawasaki 900 classic LT with a windshield ?

It fits very tight on my 2010 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic LT with the stock LT windshield, bags, sissy bar, but it is super tight, I had it already from a previous bike or I'd have wanted bigger. I may still get bigger.

What is the warranty on this motorcycle cover?

Offhand don't know about warranty, but they have held up perfectly with year round outdoor use in Wisconsin since Oct 2020 purchase. And with price as low as it is compared to other covers I considered - I am not concerned with needing a warranty.
