ADHD calm down tool
I bought this for my daughter after suggestion from her therapist to have a variety of fidget/calm down tools as her disposal to help as needed. She finds this soothing as she can feel and hear the liquid and stuff go through and it does help to calm her.

Very calming
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I didn't think it was anything too special at first but the more I used it the more I fell in love with it. It's so mesmerising and tactile, perfect for busy hands when trying to focus. Then it popped. (someone else popped it of course) Just be gentale and it should last you, don't use it for anger amangement. It does have a nice calming effect though
