I bought this straightener in January 2024 and it worked great. Heated up quickly and fit comfortably in my hand. Hair always looked great. However now it is January 2026 and it is no longer turning on. I press and hold the button as usual and the lights flash but it is not working. You would think the product would last more than two years but I guess you get what you pay for

2 years later it’s not wanting to come on never dropped it and I hardly use it but when I finally wanna use it again it gave out. I never do this, hate writing bad reviews but why! It’s warm but not staying on.

I've had this less than a year and it shuts off in the middle of using it and takes a few tries to get it to turn back on and stay on. Loved it when I first got it but now I have to look for a new one and it is less than a year old. Not worth it.
