The product arrived on time. The bag looked beat up yet it was packed in an Amazon box and cushioned with air bags. So I'm thinking this is a seller issue not a shipping issue. The food smelled and looked good. The first photo of the food is when I first opened the bag. The 2nd photo is of the food after I poured it out of its original bag and into a Ziploc freezer bag. Such a small amount for the price. A 4lb bag doesn't fill a gallon freezer bag completely. The morsels of food were of tiny size which is good for small dogs like mine. As of right now, my dogs are turning their nose up to it. I'm not surprised because they drive me nuts with their pickiness. I've spent a small fortune trying to find the right food for them. Nothing satisfies them except Stella and Chewy but it is so expensive.

My dogs like this food, but I literally have to sift it in order to get them to eat it. There's way too much crumble in it like dust and sometimes if I don't sift it, they cough from inhaling the tiny crumbs. I'm wondering was this a bad bag, or always like this 🤔

So, my dog is on an expensive raw food diet. We went through a period of him trying different types of processed and even raw foods and he was so picky he lost weight. He's a Frenchie would eat a food for two weeks then stop and go on a hunger strike. Super picky and nervous. So what works for us is a raw food delivery service and THIS. We supplement with this and put this in toys for him to eat. He tolerates it, enjoys it and his Frenchy coat is more shiny now! It is good we have a backup kibble should power outages, (Earthquakes, fire, riots - who knows here) hinder our raw food supply. Ask your Vet though, don't want any hurt doggies. :-)
