Well made, organized, and great looking luggage!
I needed new luggage, and though I was looking elsewhere at first because of the little "extras" that certain brand of luggage had, I realized that set wasn't for me for where I'll be going--not spending a lot of time in airports waiting around for my flights, et al.I checked out the LUGGEX 2-Piece Zipperless Luggage Set because it had the TSA combo locks on them, and the set of 20" and 28" were perfect sizes for me. The locking mechanism ensures that my clothes et al are safe, and it's one less thing I need to worry about.Both suitcases seem to be very durable; I love the added protection on all the corners.The Carry-on will also be great for shorter trips, and I really appreciate the dividers and other compartments within each suitcase.The suitcases are very easy to move around, and the telescopic handle makes it that much smoother to mobilize the luggage. I am very pleased with this purchase, and can't wait to update on how it did on my upcoming trips!

Great premium luggage for a reasonable price
The luggage was delivered FAST!. One box came overnight with 2 pieces and the 3rd piece came the next day. The luggage was in perfect condition. The Lugex set is a very high quality product. It is very well built and a good looking set. I only ordered it 2 days ago and not going on my trip for a few months. I look forward to using the luggage!

Cracked on first trip- IMMEDIATELY replaced by seller
I was so excited about this luggage. I took the check-in piece on ONE trip and it cracked and is no longer waterproof and I’m certain this crack is going to grow considerably. It’s not usable any longer. What a disappointment. The luggage was attractive but it couldn’t even handle one trip. There are other small scratches which I’m fine with. It’s the full thickness crack that’s not ok.** UPDATE** The company reached out and said they would replace my luggage. They said that I have a worry free guarantee for 3 years and that they stand by their product. They were very kind, excellent service, and got a replacement luggage out into the mail to me immediately. I couldn't be happier. Man, does it look sharp. Also, since the last review I was able to use the carry on luggage. It's PERFECT in every way. The size is amazing, the buckle/snaps work perfectly, the zipper, compartments, everything is beautifully made. It rolls like a freaking dream. They both do, by far the best rolling luggage I've ever had and I've had A LOT. I've traveled to 47 countries and lived in 8.Thank you LUGGEX for your great service, for backing your product, and for taking care of your customers

STRONG METAL FRAME. SOLID LUGGAGE
We bought these since they were metal framed and not zipper which are very easy for someone to gain access. With two TSA locks we feel these were the best option for checked luggage. Recommend

CHEAP MATERIALS
I had barely taken this out of the box when I decided it was going back.They make this luggage look and sound really rugged in the description and on the Luggex website but the whole set felt and looked CHEAP. Plastic locks that are painted to look like metal. Same with the handles. The body itself is so thin and felt like it would scratch and crack with any little pressure.Also, the two combo locks have such TINY numbers I would need to get my glasses on every time I needed to open my bag. After testing the locks they worked once and then would not allow me to reset to a different code. Complicated and unreliable.Not paying $300 for something that looks like it won't survive one trip and I might not even be able to get open.

Good Luggage. Worried about the handle's durability though.
The color and material of this carry-on were exactly what I expected, sleek, modern, and true to the photos. It feels durable and held up well on my first trip.The only downside is the handle. It extends smoothly, but it feels a little flimsy compared to other luggage I’ve used. Not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind if you’re rough on your gear or travel frequently.Overall, it’s a solid piece of luggage that looks great and gets the job done. Just wish the handle felt a bit sturdier.

Best luggage I've ever purchased.
The best luggage I've ever purchased at any price. Love all the pockets inside, the quality of the internal fabric is better than any luggage I've tested (8 sets from Beis, NOBL, Samsonite and others - wife is VERY picky). Rolls so smooth, very well built, opens and closes perfectly and easily. Weighed 12.67 lbs empty, same as my regular hardside Samsonite.
