NUTTER BUTTER Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies, King Size, 10-3.5 oz Snack Packs

I keep these around for anyone. The value speaks for itself. The size of the cookie and quality is one of the reasons I keep rebuying. I personally love the taste of them.

If peanut butter could throw on a tuxedo and walk the red carpet, it would show up looking exactly like a Nutter Butter. These little peanut-shaped cookies are a nostalgic masterpiece — part crunchy biscuit, part creamy peanut butter filling, and all heart (okay, mostly sugar, but you get the point). Texture: The outside is a golden, ridged cookie that has just enough crispness to make a satisfying snap without turning into roof-of-your-mouth shrapnel. The inside is a velvety, peanutty spread that’s smooth but not oily, sweet but still nutty. It’s a perfect balance — like peanut butter’s extroverted cousin who knows how to have fun. Flavor: The peanut butter flavor is strong but approachable, never veering into “straight-from-the-jar” territory. It’s sweet, slightly salty, and unapologetically peanut-forward. If you don’t like peanut butter… well, these aren’t going to change your mind. But for the rest of us, they’re borderline addictive. Best Ways to Eat Them: Straight from the package like a responsible adult with self-control (ha!). Dunked in cold milk until just soft enough to melt in your mouth. Pulled apart and eaten filling-first, because you’re a rebel. Downside: They’re not exactly health food — more of a “treat yourself” snack. All too often these cookies come in an assortment in the snack size. It was great to find all of one kind here at a reasonable price.

These cookies are simply delicious. They are just right for a snack, or for any occasion including a cup of tea, or coffee. The sweetness is fine, although a little less sugar would be good. The crispiness is just right, and the peanutty flavor is really tasty. I recommend this package, as it is inexpensive,and a great buy. Delicious cookies !

I have not been able to find these in stores for quite some time. I kept looking and hoping, but it was not to be. Imagine my shock when I saw them on Amazon! However, the first ad I saw was for individual packages (10.5 oz) and they were 13.90 a package. Reading the comments, they said they were good, but often came badly broken because they weren't protected with any kind of packaging over the pack of cookies. Much as I like them, I wasn't going to pay that much for a single pack of cookies. Then this carton of cookies caught my eye. There are 12 (10.5 oz) packages of the real deal Peanut Butter wafers from Nabisco. They come out to only $4.44 a package which is consistent with what they used to cost in the store. I ordered them and got them 2 days later. Not a cookie was broken because they are packed in a sturdy packing carton. They are fresh and just as I remember them. If you love these cookies this is a great deal. I might even share with my great-grandchildren.....might. :-)
