If you have to sit, this cushion is the Perfect softness to allow healing of muscles near sits bone. If sitting on a hard surface causes pain, this cushion relieved the pain.

Just delivered this afternoon. Ready to use this early evening. Immediate relief !!! Very comfortable finally. I've been using pillows and make-shift cushions, but nothing worked. Too many car miles, sore "sit bone" not the hip or sciatic nerve, totally different. A bit of relief as holes do not compress the "sit bone". Had to have my PT instructor enlighten me.

I found this cushion to be mostly helpful. It causes you to sit higher in a vehicle, and as such it can be a bit difficult to adjust yourself as needed if you're driving. I think the effectiveness of the cushion depends largely on one's anatomy, but it does provide relief overall.

I bought this for an elderly sister and she loves it. I bought two to always have one for a wheelchair.

Had little to no support. At first when I tried it it felt good, but then it just kept getting softer and softer

Skinny and boney, can be uncomfortable to sit for periods in hard chairs. Also driving long distances. Fits great in every seat, comfortable and no posture problems.

It’s only been a week of using this cushion but wow is it ever doing the job. For over a year and half now whenever I sit on a firm or hard seats I have an excruciating pain close to the inner butt on the bone. That has now turned into my entire front left thigh having numb skin tissue. I started seeing a chiropractor and acupuncture which has slightly helped get some sensation back but the pain still persisted and my chiropractor was constantly asking if I got a cushion support. I settled on this one because the holes seem to line up where I have the butt pain. Like I said it’s been just over one week of use and no pain at all. The worst is when I operate my tractor to clear snow, that seat would severely irritate the are immediately and lead me to suffer all day with butt pain. With this cushion I drive the tractor 6 hrs and NOTHING!!! I really it holds up long term, if I get a year out of it I’d be happy

Nice and soft and comfortable to sit on. Not sitting on the bones anymore. Leaving it on the car seat over night in the winter freezees it and becomes rock hard. But within minutes thaws with the body heat and interior heating in the car and provides cooling effect on the butt.
