Bought 3 of these for my remodeled business. shreds every style of paper towel i have tried in it. i've tried everything, it's all three and it's every type of towel. would not recommend for people that don't like to pick up pieces of shredded paper towel.

Nice appearance but no matter what paper towel brand you use, it either gets stuck or comes out tearing the towels. Unfortunately I'm outside of the return window.

This is a sturdy papertowel holder. We finally got the right spot in our garage to put it up and I was really excited because we are always cleaning something up in the garage. My husband lost the key at first so we couldn't unlock the top use it for a few weeks. We struggled with the paper towels ripping/snagging when pulling them out so we got a different brand of c-folds. Same problem. Not sure if it's just ours malfunctioning or the design of the holder, but this is very frustrating. Not very useful at this point. Wish it worked better.

I use tri fold towels, and did not realize there was a size difference in the dispensers. That is my only issue The color look, feel, keys and lock are far superior than more expensive models!
