I have to say this unit was a pleasant surprise. It’s very well made, looks good, and works perfectly. For starters the lid fits on nice and snug. There’s a small suction cup on top of the lid that allows for water flow when it’s up and when pressed in seals and protects your water from contaminates in the air. The stainless steel faucet has heft to it and gives good flow and doesn’t leak. You just need to make sure you screw it in nice and tight. The base is solid bamboo wood but light enough so it’s easy to slide around the counter even when the container is full of liquid. Glass container is perfect thickness, not fragile which was my concern before ordering. Even the screws on the base attaching the legs have plastic covers to protect them. A lot of thought went into this design. I also love the clean look and how well it blends into our kitchen. It doesn’t overpower the Counter at all. I highly recommended it. By the way there’s a thin strip of gray plastic over the lid handle when you receive it that peels off revealing a solid stainless steel surface underneath. Didn’t realize this until a few days after using it.

Love, love, love. High quality, looks beautiful on my counter. It seals nicely, no dripping from the spigot. I make distilled water for drinking and then transfer into this for easy, convenient pouring. Bonus, My grandkids drink more water because it’s fun using the spigot. Highly recommend.

Perfect! Well built and just the right size. I purchased one locally that was too tall and wouldn't fit on the counter under the cabinets. I was afraid someone would knock it over... so I bought this one and it fits perfectly! Looks great as well!

Good Value for MoneyTried using it once after receiving it. It looks really nice, very classy. The dispenser works great, has an even flow of water and is so easy to use. Good product! I found a problem with it on my first use, so if other buyers are struggling with this, I can help explain it to you: Lift up the bleeding valve on the lid when you’re ready to use it so that the liquid can actually come out smoothly — otherwise the pressure will be wonky and it won’t operate. That’s not its fault though, that’s just physics. Gloves were included in order to keep fingers protected while installing, which was sweet! I'll continue to share my experience with it.
