I've flown to Australia many times, most of them my insulin was not much good, it arrived warm despite spending on cold bags designed for travel.. This time the cold pack was still solid in the centre and insulin nice and cool, this was the ultimate test, an overnight stop before hitting Heathrow, then 20 hours in the air plus stopover. Must have been 40 hours in all and it worked like a dream. I needed two of these Coolers staying for 3 months, a lot of insulin. Thoroughly recommend this cooler

This was the first one I bought to send injections overseas for sibling and it worked absolutely fine.Totally worth it. Recommended.

Very useful product and was effective for me. The only real negative I found was that perhaps the included thermometer could have been tethered in some way. I managed to leave mine in a fridge somewhere in Japan.Most importantly, I wanted to share my experience of taking this through airport security. In the UK (Manchester) the staff I dealt with hadn't seen one before, but were very efficient and after seeing my prescription and letter for travel, were happy to let me through. Leaving Japan, I was asked if I had a drink and when I said it was medicine and (a little unfortunately) opened the canister they very quickly allowed me on my way.I only needed to keep my medication at a reasonable room temperature and this product more than managed that, even with extended travel times. I'd have reported in more detail, had I not lost the thermometer!

I'd recommend this, it kept insulin below 5'C in very arduous conditions in Thailand for hours on end... impressiveOnly possible suggestion... Lid could benefit from a redesign from a screw fit to a twist-lock

Bought this to use with my mounjaro pen when I travel abroad. Conducted a test at home and can confirm it kept my pen cold for at least 26 hours, it was still very cold and would have kept it cold for another day without a doubt. I'm only going to be travelling for 18 hours so I didn't test it out for the full 60hrs but I'd be confident enough to trust that it'd keep it cold for that long.It doesn't feel heavy, it's nice and lightweight. It only holds one mounjaro pen as I put my pen in an envelope to protect it from freezing, so that took a little space.The sticker on the bottle was bought separately from amazon.

Used in Greece, worked on a 18 hour trip out. Then used a second time and didn't work at all lasted 6 hours. Expensive for one use, even more expensive when you consider the insulin ruined. Would not recommend.

Bought this for a last minute holiday and was my first holiday on insulin so was worried about the temperature of it asit was a long haul flight and had to take enough insulin for nearly 3 weeks.I needent have worried as long as the security at the airport are aware its medication its ok as i had my container stabbed and that was it glad I bought it and will reuse on other trips away

Super bra, jag testade innan flyg och den höll 3C i ca 30 timmar innan det började blir "varmare" och den steg sakta upp till 8C efter ca 40 timmar.Får 4 stjärnor endast för den anledning att det bara går ner 2 kwikpens även om de dimensioner säger att 3 ska gå ner.

Je suis très contente d'avoir acheté ce produit, il a gardé au frais mon injection pour un trajet en été initialement prévu de 12h qui s'est malheureusement transformé en 31h30. J'étais relativement au frais ou avec de la clim la majorité du trajet, en arrivant le thermomètre était vers les 7-8°C. Le thermos était dans un sac avec d'autres affaires, il était des fois au-dessus et des fois en-dessous, il ne s'est pas abimé pendant le trajet mon injection était bien protégée.Mon seul bémol est la petite incurvation sous le goulot : très facile de mettre la poche de froid et d'y glisser mon injection, un stylo, seulement j'avais mis le capuchon (plus large que le reste) vers le haut et j'ai un peu galéré à le ressortir.Mais je suis quand-même ravie du produit, c'est resté bien au frais pendant ce voyage de l'enfer. Je l'ai touché (sans l'ouvrir bien sûr) plusieurs fois pendant le voyage et je sentais que le thermos était froid.J'ai respecté les indications de temps de congélation pour la poche de froid.

Be aware: I got the temperature -2C for four hours inside the case using the recommended settings: freezing the gel pack in the fridge and warming it up for 5 min at the room temperature. This is too low for many medications.It was improved to +1C after I increased the warming time to 30min: better, but not ideal.My plan is to repeat the test with 45min and 60min warming time and see if these conditions could bring the temperature into the required +2...+8C range.
