great product the pads for the tens machines the sticky bits don't last long and was advised this product used the same pads over 40 times and still half a tube left on my first tube that i have opened so would recommend if you use a tens machine .

The gel is used on pads that have been used for a couple of years, which keeps contact firm and pain relieving affect satisfactory. ONLY A SMALL BLOB SPREAD ON EACH PAD IS REQUIRED so lasts a long time.

Total advertisement ploy... brilliant as a conductive gel but has no adhesive properties. Non refundable too. So bought to give longer life to my tens machine pads and not fit for purpose. Had to use tape over the pads to stick them to my body. Item is slimy but not in any means sticky or tacky. Had to buy a different gel tacgel as an adhesive. Don’t waste your money.buy tacgel or tensive if your looking to restick your pads to your body.

I use the gel a lot with my Pain Doctor; Its the only thing that helps with all the pain I have.
