Fabulous bed fabulous value for money , excellent customer service , arrived so quickly i could not believe it ! Was easy to construct and is of very good quality....my six year old loves it. The storage space is larger than i thought which is a bonus. The under bed storage and the bed are actually separate units so you can have the storage unit front flush with the edge of the bed ( as the picture shows) or you can have it slightly pushed in so the bed overhangs if you wish and as the width of the storage unit is less than the width of the bed you still have loads of space round the back which you can access easily if you leave off the back panel of the little cupboard as we have done ..my son loves to crawl through to his "secret" stash of toys behind the little door !! Highly recommend :)

The captains bed was for our little daughter, she loves it. It was easy to put together, nothing to hard.The only thing i'd say is there is a lot of spare space behind the draw units, as the bed and draw units aren't attached and the bed is easily moved to put items behind. (This could be utilised more if draws were made bigger at manufacturers and with stronger draw guides).Bed overall is good.

Arrived really really quickly, easy to put together, solid bed and looks great. The drawers are big and the middle cupboard has loads of space in it. You can see the drawers on this side of bed but you can have it on the other side too as it is seperate to the bed.

Good bed but not as expected. Base unit doesn't attach to bed! Too much wasted space behind the drawer unit. TBH the slat don't seem very strong so just waiting for my son to go through them! Cupboard door doesn't fit properly either. One pre drilled screw hole in drawer meant it went straight through the base and into the drawer itself!

I really love this bed. I left the back off the cupboard in the middle as a 'secret space' for my son. He loves it. The wood is nice and sturdy, and looks good too. The bed was fine to put together (once I'd bought an electric screwdriver!) as the instructions are really clear.

It looked good but it wasn't very Strong. The wood splits when putting together.

Good product, value for money

great bed with loads of storage. My 5 year old loves it. I followed the advice of other buyers and left off the back board from the central cupboard which allows a great hiding place to play.
