Super product. Does what's it's supposed to do which is air frying. Tried bunch of foods from boied eggs, eggs, chicken nuggets, strips, breast, popcorn, leg fry, fish fry, potato finger chips, some onion bajjis, everything turns out supper. you'll need to play around with time n temperature for some time to get consistent settings for ur cooking size n texture you prefer. Size is compact , fits well on the kitchen sideline. See through mirror is great addition to feel what's cooking n even shoot it if a vlogger or so. Cooks well for family 4+ as of now in single batch for eggs. For chicken may be need to run 3 batchs depending on size you fill in the basket. Definitely a good option of you are eating fried or health conscious, uses little to very less oil. But again it depends on how you want food to be. Too dry means use very less oil, want it to juicy while you eat then use little more oil, but coparing to deep fry oil used here is very less may be just 10% at max. With reheat it surely saves time but with air fry at first that seems like time consuming as deep fry happens faster. 5 Minutes deep fry will take around 15-20 minutes for air frying but at the same time one can keep of air fry and do other stuff in this time if planned ahead of time.

The digital panel is not working properly, it appears to be a sensor defect. Update on 26.2.25 : the display panel was changed and consequently the unit worked well. The local team was unhelpful but the Delhi team, both Ms Preeti n Ms Chanchal, were helpful, supportive and enabled both the replacement and the oncall demo. Ms Preeti, who explained the usage was clear, patient, and knowledgeable, which was confidence inspiring. My suggestion : please ensure better local teams when support is required or else, the brand risks losing its reputation. Thank you Preeti ji for the verbal demo provided and and Chanchal ji for enabling the job completion.

(Review after 6 months): Air fryers are a boon in the kitchen due to their versatility and cooking possibilities. This model has been very good in its performance so far. Roasts things evenly and nicely. Window with light is very useful. Needs quite less oil, just a few sprays. It is also quite compact and lightweight. Touch menu is not so user-friendly but once you understand it is easy. Don't trust the preset menu options, use your own judgement to see if the dish is cooked from the window. Use less temperature for more time for better results. Overall service from Inalsa was good - the demo guy came next day after delivery and showed all features. Got a call from customer care after 6 months to see how things are. Would recommend this for a first-time buyer who wants a decent sized air fryer which is good for a family of 3-4 people.

Everyone kept telling me they love their air fryer, so I wanted one. I became obsessed with finding the perfect one for me so after a month I settled on this one. First thing I made was berry crisp, threw the stuff together in a couple single serve bake dishes, set it to 200 for 20 minutes and it was perfect. No preheating, no heating the entire apartment, just perfect crisp. There were several complaints from other buyers who said there were missing pieces or their units didn't work, or initially worked and then stopped working. Mine came very well packaged, no damage, all parts included, so I have no complaints there but I understand if maybe some sellers are less thorough or trustworthy in regards to the products they provide. Some complained that it was loud. This is the most quiet kitchen appliance I have ever purchased, it makes less noise than my microwave. Also, I'm not quite sure why people complain that the drip tray isn't large enough, it's literally the same dimensions as the bottom of the unit, so any spill-over should land on the tray unless you're filling this unit over capacity somehow, not sure how that is possible. I also want to mention that although heat did radiate from the unit immediately around it, it did not heat up my kitchen and it stayed warm to the touch but it wasn't hot so despite baking for 40 minutes I was able to open the oven door with my bare hands. . . Anyway, I'm very happy, so far. This is only day one so I will come back and update.

It's a worst product I have ever purchased. With in 2 months handle get crack

It’s a really good and sturdy product. There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to air fryers, so the preset modes and the handbook of recipes help a lot. It’s still not quite a “turn it on, set the timer, and forget it” experience for me yet, but I believe that will come with a bit more practice. The heating and temperature control of the product are also quite up to the mark and consistent. The build quality feels premium, and the design is user-friendly. It doesn’t take up too much counter space and is easy to clean after use. The main use case for me is to avoid or reduce oil usage, and it does a great job of delivering crispy results without deep frying. Overall, it’s a great addition to the kitchen for healthier cooking.
