A little goes a long ways
I was really impressed with this food coloring set. The colors are vibrant, easy to mix, and only a few drops are needed to achieve rich, beautiful shades. I used them for buttercream frosting, cake batter, and royal icing, and they blended smoothly without changing the consistency. The bottles were easy to control, so I didn’t end up accidentally turning my frosting into a neon science experiment. The colors baked well and stayed bright, and they didn’t leave any strange taste or odor.

I love these and will be getting more next time I need them
The colors are great! They also mix well, I used them to make decorative potion bottles and the variety was amazing. If I needed a little opaqueness I added a drop or two of white and it was perfect. The bottles are a little hard to open because they are small and the cap is on very tight initially. After just using a tool to remove the caps I was very happy with the color and brightness of the set.

Worked very well
Vibrant gel colors with no taste. I added to cream and heated to pull out color. Black is the only one a little weak, had to supplement with liquid for that one. Superb for price point.

Buoni coloranti alimentari. Ne ho gia utilizzato parecchi e penso di potermi gia esprimere nella mia valutazione: - Gia dopo 2 goccine iniziano a colorare l'impasto o il liquido desiderato, e aggiungendone si andrà a intensificare il colore, ma ne bastano sempre una manciata, non troppe, per avere gia un effetto soddisfacente; - Tutti i colori si sciolgono bene nel cibo selezionato, e senza fatica alcuna; - Tutti i colori sono brillanti e fedeli al colore riportato nell'etichetta; - Le boccette sono piccole, ma considerando il fattore riportato sopra, ovvero che ne bastano poche gocce, la quantità è più che adeguata, anche per evitare che i coloranti scadano e che non vengano consumati prima di tale data. Ovviamente il colore può differire se utilizzato su cibi che possiedono gia un colore proprio, come impasti, ecc; per esempio su latte e panna il colore sarà fedele, al limite leggermente più chiaro dovuto al colore bianco del latticino; su impasti di torte bisogna considerare il "giallore" della pasta, ecc.
