Plantar fasciitis on very high arches here. Lately, been spending the first few minutes of my day, every day, limping around. Also occurs after sitting for a while. First use of this thing, I could hear and feel popping all over both of my feet. Had to've been tightness being loosened and scar tissue being broken up. Following a couple minutes of light rolling per foot, a tingling sensation stuck around, but this is normal as per the instructions. Immediately following use, no limping and a very large positive difference in pain levels, so it really does work for getting your feet stretched out properly. Looking forward to using it more. Not often you feel an immediate difference with something, but with this you will. Past that, it seems a quality piece and definitely worth the reasonable (less than $10) cost.

If you have any beads in your feet or crunch in your feet this will help. I've been using it for a week and my massage therapist told me to keep doing whatever i've been doing because he was able to get to other problem areas in my feet that he's never been able to get to before. it can hurt a bit after if you really roll your feet out for a while, but I think it's helping a lot to break up these issues. Your feet won't magically be fixed in a week but it's a great, cheap tool to help you get better

This foot massager has genuinely been life-changing for my plantar fasciitis. I’ve only used it about 5 times so far, and by the third day I already noticed a HUGE difference. Love this! It’s a perfect size to fit the foot. The bumps and curves help massage multiple areas of the foot. I also like using the smooth edge for high pressure. You can use it sitting or standing if you want more pressure. I’ve used on carpet and linoleum and it doesn’t slip around. Easy to clean and light to carry for easy travel. Wish I had bought sooner because it feels great! I have plantars and this helps a ton to relieve pain

Highly recommend this product! I know a tennis ball is supposed to be used, but this item makes it so easy and works so well! Please give this one a try because it has helped me tremendously with my planet fasciitis! My only regret is I wish I would've bought it sooner instead of trying to keep that tennis ball under my foot! Lol

Very small and so far durable product. It will make your foot numb for the first few times which it’s stated due to the acupressure points. I use this roller after my long days at work and it helps a lot. I actually enjoy the feeling it gives after. Why three stars? It’s not the easiest to use. A lot of the time the roller will go sideways even when I add a little more pressure for steadiness. It’s hard material, so perhaps not for everyone. I personally enjoy it as previously stated. But I can see this product causing pain to others instead of relieving it. Keep in mind your sensitivity. It’s almost like when your feet and legs hurt a lot after walking over bumpy/rocky paths. In general just know it could feel a bit rough to some. Other than that, I’d say go for it. It has return window in case you’re not satisfied. It’s helped me after hard work days and for that I am grateful.

I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis with heel pain for a couple of months and thought it would eventually recover with enough rest. However it still persist. Bought this massager based on the number of glowing reviews and I must say it's totally worth it! Received it yesterday and started using it a couple of times, 2-3 minutes each time. Woke up the next day and my heel pain is almost gone! This product works! Will continue using it to manage my PF.
