I really love this cushion. It is a little bit firm which I need the support for my back. It's effective. Works well and very comfortable. Not soft and squishy which I can't have. Must be a little firm and this is perfect.

I ORDERED THIS CUSHION BECAUSE MY MOM FELL, BROKE HER SHOULDER, AND BECAUSE THERE IS NO BEDROOM OR FULL BATH IN THE MAIN FLOOR, SO MY MOM HAS BEEN SLEEPING AND SITTING IN THE RECLINER. I NOTICED THAT SHE WAS DEVELOPING A SMALL WOUND, SO I ORDERED THIS GEL/MEMORY FOAM CUSHION TO HELP HER SKIN AND TO PROVIDE COMFORT. IT SUCCEEDED IN PROVIDING COMFORTS, AND IT WILL TAKE SOME WEIGHT OFF OF THAT AREA SO IT CAN HEAL. I WAS VERY HAPPY WHEN I RECEIVED THE CUSHION BECAUSE IT DOES WHAT IT SAYS IT DOES. THE SIZE IS PERFECT, AND IT WILL ALLOW FOR USE IN A WHEELCHAIR AND EVERY OTHER CHAIR WHERE YOU PUT IT. IT WAS VERY EASY TO CLEAN AND SEEMS TO BE A QUALITY ITEM. I THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE THICKER, BUT THICKNESS IS NOT NECESSARY WHEN IT IS DOING ITS JOB. DURABLE WISE, IT IS REALLY PUT TOGETHER NICELY AND I EXPECT IT TO LAST. ADDITIONALLY, IT IS RESISTANT TO SLIDING, WHICH I WAS ANTICIPATING. I WAS PLEASANTLY PROVEN WRONG. IN THE SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME THAT WE HAVE THIS, IT IS BENEFICIAL TO HER SKIN. UPON INSPECTION, THERE ARE NO AREAS THAT APPEAR RED, OR ANY REDNESS OVER BONY PROMINENCES. IT PROVES THAT IT IS FUNCTIONING WELL AND AS ANTICIPATED. I HAVE ALL PROS CONCERNING THIS CUSHION BECAUSE IT LIVES UP TO THE DESCRIPTION. SHOULD I COME UPON A CON, I WILL ABSOLUTELY UPDATE THIS REVIEW. I AM GIVING IT AN A++

The perfect support pad for a wheelchair! It fits snuggly, and provides so much support and comfort! Great product!

I purchased this for my father who had the beginnings of a pressure ulcer on his coccyx. The gel foam conforms to your shape. It’s comfortable and did help to relieve pressure to my father’s coccyx. It is slip resistant so it won’t slide off when trying to sit. It’s made with good quality materials and has kept its shape. It’s ready to use from the box. It is a little bulky. So I’d pay attention to measurements if you’re a small person bc it will elevate the seat quite a bit making it difficult to sit in the chair all the way back. Overall it’s a good product and provides what is advertised. Just keep in mind it is thick and a little bulky.

Purchased for my mother’s transfer chair. FIts the chair nicely, stays in place, and nice thick seat. Helps to keep my mom comfortable and functions as expected.

Comfort is ok but cover too thin and not protective of the foam insert which cannot be washed so not good if it accidentally gets wet or soiled. Would just have to be disposed of. So this cushion is pretty much a throw away item nursing home would not approve it for use
