Yes they are. Feel badly for the person that has had issues. I love this set. I have it on my front porch and love them. My only issue was that the seat cushions did not come with ties (unlike the picture there is a chair back and seat cushion) so I made them myself and attached. The material for the cushions is stain and water resistant.

What is the seat height? I need 24" if possible?

Seat height is 19" to top of cushion. These are very comfortable chairs

Does these chairs have rubber bottom ? Asking as I have seen some rust mark on my white travertine tile with my current set with iron legs
